This conversion of an elegant Arts and Crafts house in North London was for a musical couple requiring a calm and clean environment- especially before and after tours and performances. The rear of the house was opened up creating links to the garden through a new conservatory at ground floor level. A loft conversion in the roof space  was carried out with a new balcony deck looking south towards Alexandra Palace. A new bathroom and ensuite and dressing area were created at first floor level.
